Mel by Melissa Black w/ Bow Jelly Shoes (US 2)

Kids Mel by Melissa slip on peep toe shoes. Great for play (they can get wet) or to dress up. The metal hardware on the bows are a little scratched on each shoe. Shoes are black but have a little sparkle to them, especially in the light.
