Flutter sleeves / fabric cinching waistband that is full of beading and embroidered details Blouse stretched for easy on and off Missing fabric tag, however the brand typically worked with silk and other tops in this style are listed as silk 15” pit to pit 31” long 13” across waistband (Mannequin is an extra small and is for style reference not exact fit.)
