danawar Hello Mory, I am sorry if you are not happy with the red tumi bag. My mother bought it in New York on a trip and said she only used it for a few days while she was there shopping. She later gave it to me, and I never used it. It was stored in a tub with other bags I have until I listed it. If you would like to return it, I will refund what you paid. I have not had an unhappy buyer and don't know how Poshmark handles returns, but I will do whatever necessary to take care of the situation.
