Hi Shea, Thanks for your purchase and review regarding the maroon flats. My household is strictly a smoke-free zone therefore I am unsure that any item from my closet could possibly give such a smell. The shoebox used to ship was brand new and all of my items are in new/ good condition. I did not pick up on any odor as I personally shipped the item. Hi! You just received Soda boots that I sold to you. They are in fact navy blue although they look black. If you put them under light, they are blue, they’re just very dark. I just wanted to clarify that my item description was correct!
