@curvesandbricks I'm 194 right now! The biggest I've ever been in my life! A lot of people say "oh you don't look that big" yeah right! I have out this weight on! I've always been 145-150 but I've gained so much weight over the past 8 years. I'm planning my wedding too and I really have to find a regimen and stick to it! I don't want to be 145-150 anymore I think that was too skinny! But I will be so happy to get down to 160 that's ideal. Girl you really Got me motivated over here!!!

Awww @jonnabaybee that's so good and yess!! You can do it..that's my goal 160-165 and my body is resisting like crazy right now so I will have to get creative and break this plateau I'm too close to let it go! I bet your mostly muscle when I weighed in the 190s people thought I was 140-160 cause of my muscle lol

@ jonabaybee I'm sorry Hun I don't have a meal plan I never looked at one..I just eat whatever I want but between 1200-1600 calories daily..I try to do high protein and low carb that's all I wish I did have one maybe then I would lose these last stubborn 10 pounds

@munches @drewsannie hey sweeties..I don't follow a plan I freestyle it daily...you can look up or google high protein low carb low fat on google or YouTube..I center my diet on lean meats and fish (protein) and vegis and fruits (good carbs not bad carbs) and healthy fats like nuts and oils ..sample meal is like fish with a side salad with nuts on top (lunch) or breakfast like steel cut oat meal with fresh fruits like berries...or dinner like grilled or baked chicken breast with mixed vegis and a small sweet potatoe ...and remember you have to be in a caloric deficit (less calorie intake ) so you can do this by cutting back , making healthier choices, and exercise 4-6 days a week gallon of water daily ☺ I hope this helps and I'm on IG just let me know so I will add you
