mrs_l_morgan @blandw yes!! Start slow! Rome wasn't built in a day :) eat oranges. I ate cuties bc they were small and sweet and easy to peel. Oranges absorb excess water and shrink the inner lining of your stomach, so you eat less! I would take oranges, string cheese, t and granola bars for work. if you are going to eat big at one meal, make it lunch! Always eat breakfast! And I did work out a little, like 30 mins a couple days week, but bc of a bad knee and broken foot bone, it didn't last long!! Good luck!! You can do it!

blandw @mrs_l_morgan Lacey, I'm going to stop at the store before work tomorrow and get oranges and string cheese. 😄😄 I like both of them! I'm terrible at exercising and drinking water. I know both are so important to weight loss but still....
