sayramdz Hey! Just came across a problem for your order, i didnt realize i had to fix one of the straps back on to the backpack because they are fabric and when i used it i had to many heavy books in it and it started ripping off. I am so sorry i didnt notice earlier! But if its a problem i can cancel the order. Please let me know asap if you would still want me to send it thank you! :)
