I’m sorry you thought the Rebecca Minkoff bag you purchased from me deserved a 4 star rating- I’m not sure what could have been cleaned more for your expectations, it was described as gently used. I have sold MANY items on Poshmark and have maintained a 5 star rating- hopefully you can reach out to your buyers in the future to share your misgivings before giving a sub par rating.

suelily2024 @vintage_whitet I changed the rating to 5 star as I don’t want to diminish your record. However, when I unpacked it, I cleaned it with leather cleaner and cream as I do with all of my leather items and it shines like a brand new bag.
