geogirl2011 I'm so sorry again that this is happened! I've been so stressed out about it. I'm pressing formal charges against my mailman. I've already filed the claim against him, and now the inspector is going to handle it from here. I found out this morning that he is only a temp on my route. My normal mailman has been on vacation since December. But he is coming back Monday. That is a major relief....

I go above and beyond to make sure my orders are packed beautifully and shipped same day. And then to have someone tamper with that, my livelihood. It's hard to express how it makes me feel. I can never quite Express the Gratitude I feel to my customers, and then to make you go through something like this is really hard to face.

Unfortunately I've been through this several times now, it's only been in the past 2 weeks that experience this the only times I've ever handed mail to my mailman at my box. geogirl2011 @raquel31313 how it actually works, is Poshmark will send you an email with a shipping label and it's actually to the correct customer. And vice versa. That way you don't have to wait longer than necessary to get your correct order. I'm going to contact her today, actually right after this to let her know that she's got the wrong order in the open a case so that Poshmark can send her the new label to send those out.

geogirl2011 @raquel31313 the other girl never even filled a problem with her order. I contacted her and let her know what was happening and she got back to me and said she was in Vegas until this passed Wednesday. I guess she isn't going to send your shoes. I would suggest filing for a refund unless Poshmark has told you otherwise about the order. I found 1 more pair of those size 11. I filed a federal complaint against my mailman.

I filed the complaint on him back before Christmas for folding Christmas presents in half and trying to shove them in my mailbox instead of walking up onto my porch and setting them down like he was supposed to. Ever since then he's had it out for me. I guess this is his revenge.

geogirl2011 @raquel31313...cont... I filed a federal complaint on him and includes theft willful destruction of property intentional tampering with mail and defamation of business character. Only take my packages into the post office daily. I also write the name and what's in the package in permanent marker on the outside not just on the label and take pictures of everything before I check them in at the post office and have them shipped out.

geogirl2011 @raquel31313...cont... it takes longer but it's worth it to know that this will never happen again. Anyway, I found one last pair at those Massimo boots in size 11. I don't have them listed because I'm holding them for you. You said you wanted another pair this time to your address. Lol! Just let me know if you got refunded or not. Because Poshmark didn't pay me that's for sure. That means that they are still holding your money if they haven't given it back and I'm at the merchandise either way.

But I did go out and make sure that I found a pair it was the very last pair of those boots that there were and they just so happen to be size 11. I guess it was fate! She didn't ever get in contact with me she just marked out her name and put Return to Sender because you sent her shoes to her. So I'm going to send those out first thing in the morning! I'm so sorry about this. I'm going to send out a free goody with it!
