poshinsanity I had not idea the jacket had zipper problems. Please accept my sincere apology. It was not the right size when I purchased it and never wore it. I am truly sorry since the package took forever to get to you. Please keep it in case you can have the zipper repaired. Your money will be refunded. Peace to you. Sher

95120gal @poshinsanity package had to be stuck somewhere to take so long so and to delivered without even tracking update was unexpected. I did learn from Ribkoff folks about special zippers like the top down bottom ups. Jumping one tooth and it's over. They gave me some cautionary advise to help me as a buyer and you as a seller too (from heart ache and returns) and that is if I like something I should ask if the zipper is working before buying. I am sorry too. I will not send back as you advised.

I noticed that after you mentioned it, all my packages only have the address. I am so excited to get it.! Thanks for your alerting me on the label thing. I will let you know.
