vonniez40 Hey @raelamia i just now got off the phone with USPO and it was delivered to the wrong PO they sent out an electronic email to the elgin tx po to have them reroute it. Hope it get here tomorrow 😃

raelamia What a hot mess! These were brand new and have been sitting in my closet for a couple years. Maybe my husband tried them on while I wasn't looking 😝 I will issue you a refund if it doesn't work out. So sorry again! 🙈

raelamia Postmark just got back to me and said that you (the buyer) should reach out to them as well. Go to your purchases and contact them that way. Tell them the zipper was broke and you'd like a refund. :)

raelamia If you can, go to your purchases and click on the 'Contact Poshmark' button. Even if they offer a partial refund, something is better than nothing. I have several other items to add to my closet in the next week, so if there's anything you see that you like, I'll send to you on me! Lmk
