I emailed customer survive asking if I could uncheck somehow that “delivered” option and they emailed me back yesterday saying they canceled the order although I haven’t asked for that. Maybe they didn’t see the tracking number in the system, because I haven’t get any notifications of the item being sent either. Can I repurchase it again? Or whatever would work best for you to get the money!? I’m so sorry for the whole situation.

ovaovasviridova @a90schick They refund me although this is what I asked for in my email to them “Is it possible to do something that the seller actually will get my payment somehow after all this mess that was on my side?” And they promised to provide you as well with your earning.

ovaovasviridova @a90schick I’m so confused over here, because they tell me the opposite“Because the item was accidentally accepted early the funds for the seller released back on September 5th.When you notified us of this accident we checked the tracking for your item and saw it had not been shipped per USPS instructions...

ovaovasviridova ...We cancelled the order and in order to cancel the order we needed to add the earnings for a second time so we could remove them for cancellation and for you to receive a refund, this was all done on September 11th.Please note, adding the funds to the sellers account for the second time on the 11th did not affect when they first received the funds on September 5th when you accidentally marked the item as received.”

a90schick @ovaovasviridova when you accepted the order, i got paid. Then when the order was cancelled, they removed the funds from my pending balance. They never put the funds back in. Ive screenshot all statements and they’ve ignored my emails asking for proof of payment.
