suzeeq73 I’m so sorry about the delay in you receiving your new Cole Haan bag!!! I have been in touch with the post office main number and they have started an investigation as to where your package is. I sent it out on October 25 and it should have been delivered by October 31 at the latest!! I will stay on top of this and hopefully it will arrive soon. 🌸🌸
