pettinec Purchased an item and it was not as described- had discolorations at collar and arm cuffs that reflected that the item had been worn! BUYER BEWARE- this is a dishonest seller !

whitnessnutr I responded right away, apologized, and offered a full refund. You chose to keep the jacket, so Poshmark had to handle the refund amount — that decision wasn’t mine. If it’s your first time on the app, returning it would’ve given you all your money back. The marks were unintentional, and I tried to resolve this completely. I’m still happy to refund you in full if you’d like to return it
