lavash_designs @wendyeuniece with shipping discounts I only usually am able to do so with a item(s) that's over $25.00 or depending on what I had paid. 15/16 is a really good price at the end of it all when posh takes 20% out that's what I'm making 😔I'm sure you understand and I'm happy to give discounts on anything I can on jewelry and bundles or $25.00 & over. wendyeuniece @logar123 I went to the post office to pick up the package... they said I owed 33.40 because the box that the purse was shipped in said express shipment and the label was for priority. The post office read the express shipment box and that is what made the payment due. I am not sure what to do now. The postman said to return it to sender and it will come back to you but then you will owe the 33.40. I am going to have to report to Poshmark... they may have a solution. IMG_2462.JPG Wendy

tranqualcloset I will keep trying. I been on hold with USPS for over an hour. I am so disappointed with their service. I am welling to pay the difference. I just want your purchase to get to you as promised. I also called the local facility that has the package in Cassoppolis, MI and after almost a 30 minute hold, they hanged up:(. Hopefully Posh can give me some direction. I will keep you posted.

tranqualcloset Hello, so I called the facility early this AM and again was on hold for over 30 minutes:(.,My third call this morning and I actually got to speak to someone live at the Cassopolis location and she said she will look for the package and call me back so keeping my fingers crossed I can get it resolved today before they close. I will keep you informed. Thank you again!!

tranqualcloset @wendyeuniece hello again, I spoke with a lady at your local post office. She said you refused the box and I explained to her that you refuse the box because you were asked to pay the extra$$ and that the shipment was prepaid to you that the box had already left her facility. She also stated that the error should have caught in Colorado

tranqualcloset . Basically the Posh prepaid label was suppose to be scanned and the post office in Colorado created another express label that should never been created. She said they have customer make this mistake all the time as the boxes are very similar. I asked her if there was anything I could do to redirect the box to be delivered to you and she said no and advised that the best thing is to let it come back to me:((. will keep you posted.

tranqualcloset @wendyeuniece no worries, I have call them several times. I was hoping they would deliver it to you, even told them I would pay the extra 33+ dollars but the gal advised otherwise. I have been tracking it and it is in Colorado.I am hoping once I have the physical package at my local post office they will work with me so I can repack and ship it back to you. tranqualcloset Hello Wendy, Finally some good news! A long story but the short version is that I shipped the item to you ( new box and new label) yesterday afternoon. I had the clerk triple check to make sure everything was good. Just to be on the safe side, I used an envelope the post office recommended so crossing my fingers and toes that is makes it to you without any delays. I will keep an eye on the package all the way until I know you have it. Thank you again for all your patience!!

tranqualcloset @wendyeuniece hello, so glad to hear the purse finally made it to you and glad you liked it. The henna paste I included I bought in an Indian store while I was visiting California. It is basically ready to go henna paste that can be used for body Art/ temporary Tattoo. Just google henna tattoo or henna art and you will get a ton of ideas.
