nicolemarie227 You purchased from me on Friday November 27th. As sellers we have two days to ship. It was a holiday weekend and two days from Friday is Sunday, the post office is closed. I shipped the item first thing Monday morning. You gave me 3 stars and said my shipping time could improve. That’s not very nice or accurate. I have always received high ratings and always shipping quick. I have the email confirmation that the item was shipped Monday morning.

amazzilli98 Hello @tardomounce I have already shipped off the sandals a few days ago but I’m guessing they didn’t scan the package since they were having trouble with the scanner the other night. We have been stuck with an Ice storm here in Texas so the location hasn’t been open but I will give them a call once they do! I didn’t want you to think I forgot!😊
