I have only used it once so I had to search, but I think you go to “my purchases” -> click on the item you purchased then -> problems/inquiry then click on -> cancel order or accidental purchase or something like that. I have my closet on vacation hold so as soon as I get back I will send you an offer and get it out to you. Thanks!

@ann1923 I tried to cancel it. It won’t give me the option because the order was made 2 days ago and you need to wait 7 days for a late shipment. Sorry. Do I wait until then to cancel? Or you send them to me then. Please advise. I don’t want problems for you as a seller so I will go by what you want me to do.
