Hello -- I received the cashmere sweater from you but have not been able to pay for it! ( Order Date: Jan-01-2022, Order Number 61d11ddbf5eb6b5d5633b6c4). Poshmark canceled the order, so there must have been no tracking sent in by you to poshmark????) I have contacted support but they're saying it will take up to 10 days to get to questions/emails.
Any suggestions???
