Hi Von! I shipped you the wrong UGG boots by mistake, as I had 6 packages going out in one day. There is no excuse for this and I am extremely sorry. I however would like to make this right for all parties involved. Please submit the issue to Poshmark. It shows the package as delivered, but they will not let me submit a case. Thanks!
