Virginia, the Alice Olivia bubble gum clutch was at the post office awaiting for you to pickup. I sent you several messages indicating just that. Their is no rule stating they have to rate, unfortunately... It sucks, but I rarely gift anymore..bc why? 80% of the time I dont even get a rating..and I have 2 love notes out of 6 packages this last 2 weeks!

@veelouden Hi Virginia, I’m packing your duster & want to mention that this being cashmere I’m sure you know it has stretch. Everywhere- including the delicate button loops that fasten the removable collar. If I were to keep this ( I was tempted) I think I might sew the loops a teeny bit to make them somewhat smaller. Just in case the fur collar needs to fasten more securely. I have this in gray ( I wear it often) & I haven’t had to sew mine but I may.

@veelouden Part 2. Sometimes when I remove the one I wear a button will peep thru the loop/ hole. If it would happen often I’d sew the loops or the bottom holes a teeny bit tighter. This’d fasten the collar very securely. I hope this makes sense. I’m gonna include a pic to show you. If you have any questions or doubts please let me know. Hi there - getting this out in todays mail in case you need it for the Holidays - noticed the label has it going to Poshmark?? this is a first for me -- hopefully they will forward on to you immediately. It's never been washed - I dont use a dryer so I dont wash the down items -- I would remove the fur and just wash it -- it is dirty as stated but only dirt will all come out and be like NEW -- thanks so much happy holidays!!

I shipped off your order over a week ago, been in touch with Poshmark & the post office.. they didn't start tracking your til just now & I don't know why since another item I shipped 6 days after yours & from a different post office already arrived to the buyer!
needless to say I will not be using the former post office ever again. your item should be to you soon & I apologize on their behalf, I was only a couple days late getting it shipped but what happened after is beyond me.
