Hi Viktoria, I noticed that you accidently marked an item delivered when they were not. I am actually away from my home right now so I have been unable to ship the item. You can contact poshmark to get your money back, since I can confirm that I have not shipped the item. If you can, I would appreciate it if you removed your low rating. Thanks!

Hi.. no once it leaves our hands then Poshmark has to deal with it... reason for huge fee 😉... I’ve contacted them about it.. so if you don’t receive it by Monday.. either contact me again so I can help you or contact Posh directly or go/contact your post office... lots of or’s there.
