@jeriapel hi! I just saw this message. Did you get mine asking you to go to the post office to see if you can find the boots in the unclaimed mail?? This is the best and only way I believe they may be found. My mail carrier said you should go back to where you sent them from, ask for the Postmaster, and request to go through the Unclaimed Mail pile. I assume you didn’t write my address on the box so now it has no identifying marks at all. Can you please do this?!

@ppjsmom I did! They didn’t have it but it was a bit of an argument. She said they don’t keep unlabeled mail, and when I asked what they DO with it, she said to go online and file a claim. Very frustrating. I submitted an additional claim about it.
