supermom353 For mmcloset80 Probably an apology or asking how to make a possible future purchase better, would've been a more appropriate response, instead of telling a dissatisfied customer to quit crying . You probably have lost potential buyers. You new if you shipped quickly, I wouldn't be able to resend purchase, Merchants who want to maintain repeat business, would've asked the buyer if the purchase is valid, especially when it's an identical purchase of an higher amt.
