@victoria051528 hi I just opened it and I was wondering if you have the rest of the infant insert you sent just the infant pillow that goes with the infant insert i can not use that without the rest of it? TIA :)

@vruiz8 That pillow is the infant insert. Did you look up how to use the ergo baby 360 carrier babes? I sent the carrier and infant insert which is that little prop up pillow :-) let me know!
