@lovesho Hello. I went to leave you a note to see if you received this item or not because it was taking so long to get to you. I see above that 4 days ago you went to attempt to send me a note, which I never got because you didn't send it correctly. You need to put the "@" sign with my sign in name, OR you could've just hit "reply" to my note 5 days ago. Nevertheless, the item was shipped on the 13th to you because you did order it.

@lovesho Otherwise, I would not have been able to pick up the link to the sale and print your label. How else would I know your address if you didn't order it? Did you get in touch with Poshmark? I don't know what else to say, but I just followed Poshmark's note that said my item was sold and took it from there. You did buy this item, maybe you just don't remember? Thanks.

Now you are liking more items and declining these. I see you've already had a problem with another posher and what I don't need are problems. Thank you.

I am disabled and look at various things I like. I put them in "My Likes" to go back to them when I can buy them. I read your email and have no idea what "issues and games" I am playing. I have a likes tab on other sites. I needed to remove something and add something to your offer, in fact that's why I opened Poshmark a few minutes ago. I just wanted to add something to my offer from you. And delete something from my bundle.

I was trying to add something and remove things from my bundles and offers, and the item can't be added when I have an offer !!! I did have trouble with this before. I can't play "games" because I barely understand how to use this site. If keeping things in my likes list is a problem then I guess I don't understand why keeping things in my likes is a problem. I will delete poshmark because apparently I'm causing some kind of issues. Sorry to anyone who has a problem with this.

I also check my bank balance each day to see if any bills were autodrafted. Sorry again to anyone. I need to monitor carefully what I spend and I have a few medical bills that change each month. I don't want anything to "bounce" I will delete poshmark and I don't understand why I can't hold things under my likes, as I do on other websites.

Please ignore the above comments as this buyer is wonderful! There are many new users daily and not everyone knows the ins and outs of the platform! Many are simply shoppers or found listings by Google and decided to make an account to continue to shop due to a great experience! Please don’t let that seller run you away. You can visit my closet anytime. I shop like I use to in stores. You gather item to try on, but before you go in you see something else that you like better. So now I 10 things to decide on and enough money for 4. Lol.

Please stay on Poshmark! Just because one seller is having a bad day doesn't mean you should leave. There are tons of nice sellers out there that welcome your likes!! Liking is saving for later! :) It might result in a sale or it might not. Easy come easy go!

Hi Vernell, welcome to Poshmark! Oh my, I just read some of the comments here and am so sorry to see you had a negative comment from a seller about liking items. Sellers like that are not typical, most poshers are very helpful, kind and appreciate your visit, likes and bundles. I hope you'll not be discouraged. Feel free to window shop, ask questions and enjoy. I do send offers on items people like but it's perfectly ok to ignore offers, it doesn't bother me at all 🌸

@neelysboutique That is really a horrible way to treat people. Any activity in your closet is good for business. Buyers should be able to shop anyway they like. I'm not sure why it's causing you stress, but please don't chase away customers. Treat others the way you'd like to be treated.

I’m upset because it was a really mean and hateful email and instant playing games by putting things in my getting likes and so on and so forth I have no earthly idea what you’re talking about in the way you worded it made me feel very very sad and bad.

I wrote a message to Neeley's telling them not to treat people so badly. I am sorry she treated you that way. We do not all run our businesses like that. I am grateful for every customer. Maybe she is new to selling & doesn't know how to treat people. I'm not sure but it wasn't right.

I see that perhaps some of you depend on Poshmark as a full-time online business. I have had problems moving around this website But I’m not a confused person, I am confused about how Poshmark worked. I can still bark out some facts about immunity and antibodies of viruses and damage cellular materials.

@lovesho Welcome to Poshmark! I’m going to try to help you out a little just by explaining a few things. Excuse me if you’ve figured them out by now, but it might help.
-Read the Poshmark guidelines. That should answer some things right off the bat for you. Poshmark can be confusing at first.
-picture Poshmark as the mall & each seller is a separate store owner with their own closet (store), way of doing business, etc

-there is no way to like things or add to a “shopping cart” without a seller knowing. Unfortunately you come across sellers who get really bent out of shape when they see people liking or adding to bundles without buying. Their behavior is inappropriate but that is on them, not you. You will find plenty or closets where you can like and bundle all you want without issue

-When you make an offer, unless you cancel it before it’s accepted that is binding & the seller is obligated to ship it out unless you can catch them before they ship & get them to cancel for you. But- Poshmark pushes sellers to ship as quickly as possible. There are also sellers who think it will negatively affect their account to cancel or they feel they shouldn’t lose a sale due to “buyer’s remorse”. Again, inappropriate but that’s how they run their closet.

-lastly, some people sell as a hobby, some do it full time, some want to be able to eventually do it full time. Right now is also a weird time with covid. There may be some sellers so desperate for sales right now that their behavior may reflect their income insecurity. It’s no excuse for treating you poorly. There are also just sellers with poor customer service skills. Don’t let anyone run you off Poshmark. It can be a great place to find just what you’re looking for!
