maddiieemo hello vanessa! I'm so sorry to hear about the shoes, that is absolutely ridiculous. I'm shocked the shoes were taken out, but the post office re-wrapped it telling you they were sorry?! that makes me so upset. I've never gotten a less than 5 star rating, so this is very surprising to me. I'm so sorry.
