At this point, I am seeking a solution that is fair for both the customer and myself. I do not want the customer to be stressed about this situation. If Poshmark does not agree on this matter, I will send the customer what they requested, but I believe that would be unfair. The customer is completely justified in their concerns, and we should adhere to our principles.
Thank you

@Poshmark, there is no incorrect item in this case. I informed the customer before I shipped the order, and the customer agreed to make another choice instead of accepting only two items. I then added another pair of shoes at the customer's request.
Here is the breakdown of the $72 the customer paid:
- The customer paid $72 for sandals.
- The customer agreed to receive $45 boots instead of the sandals.
- The customer is effectively losing about $27.

- Poshmark has already taken $14.40 from the $72.
- Tax of $4.32 has also been paid on the $72.
- I have only received $53.28 from the $72.
If I refund the $27, I will incur a loss of $7.04.
Additionally, if I send the Under Armour shoes valued at $45, I will still lose money since everyone involved has already taken their share from the previous sale.

I sent all this in the comment box, because the message conversation couldn’t accept me more than 500 words

@teddyamnen, it appears Poshmark credited you as a courtesy so where do you and I go from here?
