theposhparlor Hi! I hope the shoes arrive in a timely manner. I had my mail pickup scheduled for the next day and the mailman never came and got them. Grr. Anyway they started tracking yesterday so hopefully they will be there soon! Best-Krista

christychafe @tymyraj OH NO! I am so shocked about the Coach sandals! I promise you, they were not damaged when I sold them to you— they were purchased at a TJ Maxx or Marshall’s, and just weren’t comfy on me. But both shoes were 100% fine. I SO wish I had mailed them in a box. Please let me figure out how to offer you a refund— if you’d like to take it through Posh support, I understand. I do not want you to pay for damaged shoes. So, so sorry.
