true_u @heidiandco1 Hi there! Opening a case is the only way a return can be made. Poshmark only allows a 3 day window to do this though. That’s why I said to open a case. You can reach out to Poshmark and see if there is anything they can do for you, but unfortunately I can’t approve a return on my end. It has to be don’t though Poshmark.
