charismagrega @trishanaf instead of accepting the item on poshmark, say like reject or whatever the other option is. Then open a case and say that it was the wrong item. They’re gonna ask for photo proof. Make sure you show that you got the wrong item. Then once they approve the case, they’ll provide you with a label to return the item back to me
