ranalli Oh Trish-I am so sorry! I have no idea what happened to your package as others. Sent on the same day have all been received... I feel awful as I was so excited-this isn’t the norm for Me or Posh! If I do receive them back or find out what happened, I will send them at no charge. If you see anything else you like in my closet-I will discount huge for you and take personally to post office instead of pickup.

ranalli Hi Trish. I just received the Mules back. I’m not sure what happened-label is correct but box has been tampered with. There’s a damage part on the inside of one of the heels now😩 What in the world? It looks “purposeful”. It’s on the inside, so I’m going to go ahead and send them to you. Maybe the damage won’t show when wearing. 🙏🙏
