nbtclothier Hello, About the Hotter sandals that you bought from us, the size chart on the inside of the sandal (photo #7) shows US size 11 UK size 9. We also put that in the description. Since the sandals were made in England, the UK size 9 is stamped on the bottom of the sandal. We have described the sandals correctly. Please kindly update the rating given to us. Thank you.
