dnueva333 I see that you are unhappy with the skirt—-the tag from Forever 21 says size 13/14 so in no way was I trying to trick you! I’m sorry you and your daughter cannot fit into it. Please notify the company for a refund/problem with order so I can get my skirt back and sell it to someone that can fit size 13/14 and you can get a refund.
