Hi Tracy, I am so sorry you were unhappy with the hat, Love Your Melon brand is almost always a looser, slouchy brand of hat, cotton blend, people seem to love that oversize look. I have sold quite a few. I can see you may not like that style, so please feel free to re-posh and you should be able to get your money back My other suggestion would be to wash it in hot to shrink and air dry so the poof stays nice. Thank you for your input and I will add that to my listings in the future.
