dana_loire Hey! The rainbow sequin jackets are very small. I'm about a 34" bust with thin arms and the L fit skin tight on my arms. It has a very wide open front so with the belt, it still exposes a lot of your front. Around the chest, it did fit snuggly and has a moderate level of stretch due to the stitching and lack of lining. It is light like a costume jacket. At the festival though it caught EVERYONES attention. I still have mine too!
