melinferno 5) Respond to guestions and don't go negative (remember you want the sale). If you don't know the answer just say so. 6) Be a FAST SHIPPER buyers love this and will become repeat buyers. 7) No matter how small the purchase is thank the buyer. Hope This Helps.... Mel
