musician340 @highlinegolf I'm sorry.Would you prefer a Butler Deliver the watch to you on a pillow with gold stitching , a bottle of champagne and caviar next time? You didn't buy a rolex , and the watch was perfectly fine inside of the Box we sent it in - obviously protecting it within the bubble wrap from being damaged. We have tons of good reviews and none of them are negative.
