Im sad you left me a low rating, I spend considerable time taking pictures....editing....and disclosing any issues. If you read all that I posted you would know about the Velcro. I showed pictures and wrote about it so there would be no surprises. Some customers would purchase the coat at sale price and fix issues because North Face makes quality products.

Leaving a low rating hurts me when I was honest with the information and even showed pictures. I can’t make customers read my wording nor make them look at the pictures.
