mbdesignchick @whoaonknee hi! Unfortunately the new shipping labels were generated by Poshmark with new tracking numbers and I don’t know what yours is. The other person lives in CA if that helps. Please reach out to Poshmark support and inquire about the label they sent you. Look in your trash and junk folders in case it landed there. But it was sent on Monday I think. Please let me know if you don’t have any luck and I can inquire to Poshmark as well. I know she has already shipped your correct item to you.

mbdesignchick @whoaonknee I inquired with Poshmark support on your behalf. I have not heard back. In the mean time It may help if you file a complaint with the order you received. The other person did this and Poshmark immediately opened a case. If you inquire with Poshmark directly with your order number and tell them what happened you might have quicker results. They emailed me to say they sent new mailing labels to each of you. I am frustrated too because I can’t call them.
