Hi Tetyana! I am Ana I sold you the Coach glasses I am very sad 😞 you are disappointed with the condition of the glasses. The glasses are new I clean them before sending them to you they don’t have scratches however you were right about a small visible mark I just noticed it when I was packaging and sending the item it is not a scratch and I was told it could be removed but I just didn’t have a chance to do it.

I didn’t notice that before because they were kept in their box since I bough them I wear prescription but in some occasions I was able to get away with regular sunglasses so I bough them buy my prescription change and couldn’t use them. If you don’t feel satisfied I will gladly ask poshmark to do a refund if possible. I really want you to be able to be satisfied with your purchase. Ana, I appreciate your trying to fix this. I thought for a moment that those scratches would go away but they didn’t. Then I looked at the pair I am currently using daily and my old glasses have the same scratches in the same very spot.

@ajcreech77 The glasses I purchased from you are my third pair of Odessa. :) So I find comfort in that these once were half price of my pair #2. I hope my original comment didn’t go public. I am still figuring out how things work on Poshmark. This was my first experience.

I am not sure if the comments when public but don’t worry about that you were honest about how you feel about it and I wanted to explain to you the possible origin of the scratch.
