Also Terri, I just washed it in my machine on delicate and hung dry. It didn’t winkle came out perfect. So don’t waist money on dry cleaning. 😄

@scoutscoop I replied to the Poshmark support msg they sent this morning. I requested a physical shipping label along with something to package the top in. I don't have a printer and a trip to the post office is not a quick and simple task. I'll happily contribute my refund to the label/shipping materials. Please understand I do not care to keep this top and I'm really not concerned with a refund. It's just difficult to rearrange my schedule for a post office trip

@tlpa1984 The post office has free priority evelopes and boxes. Ask them which kind; you just CANT use the express one. The label Poshmark sent you is prepaid so basically it’s just a matter of slipping it into a post office box and taping on the prepaid label. PO will give you tape and scissors to use. I appreciate you taking care of this so I can send it to the person who purchased it. Thanks

@tlpa1984 Thank you Terri; I appreciate it. Let me know if you don’t receive the the code and I’ll also ask Poshmark to send it to you. I haven’t heard anything about the top you bought. The girl who bought the sweater doesn’t have it. Here in Atlanta we used to have three main distribution centers and in order to cut money they close two of them so frequently packages take forever in a day to get to where they’re supposed to go. I’m so sorry for the delay, but I’ll keep on top of them.

@tlpa1984 Why haven’t you returned the sweater? Poshmark has sent you a prepaid label twice and also provided you with a QR label. Please don’t tell me over the last 3 weeks you haven’t had time to drop it at the post office. I’m going to continue to pursue this until I either get it returned or compensated for it.

@scoutscoop tracking showed you should have received it Weds. PM has the info and has issued refund. If I were a seller I would never ask a client to go out of their way to fix my mistake..and as soon as I found out the recipient did not have a way to print, I would have taken it upon myself to print and mail
to them along with packing materials. If you want a client to spend their time and gas money to fix YOUR mistake, you need to at least pretend to respect their time

@tlpa1984 I apologized to you multiple times over the last three weeks. Yes I made a mistake. Returning it didn’t cost you anything. you actually could’ve arranged for your postal person to pick it up at your house - again free. This is how I pay my bills. It’s over now. I wish you well.

Again, if I had a printer that wouldn't have been a problem. Sure they could pick it up for free but it wouldn't go anywhere without a label. I was not at all mad about the mistake. I was frustrated with the fact that you couldn't understand why I couldn't just drop everything and go to the PO. I have bills too and the way I pay them does not take me anywhere near the PO during their hours. I do apologize for being rude. I felt attacked and it caught me at a particularly stressful time
