mrswells832019 @az_emt_4_our_19 oh my gosh it has been killing me..And I got a package I ordered after yours and I got it 3 days.girl I've been checking my online mail every morning and apparently it's been was to many facility but still no updates..I'm sorry I want to except but what happens if I don't get it.I hope by tomorrow or Tuesday

Unfortunately once it leaves my rural post office, I have no control and have to rely on them! I too have shipped a package back East and it seems to be on it's way much more quickly. Let's give it today and tomorrow and we'll be in touch. I really am sorry!

az_emt_4_our_19 @mrswells832019 I started a case with USPS & have been in contact with them daily. I actually got a call from a human (miracle) from the San Antonio postal service. He said it has now been scanned & left Vegas on the 4th. No one knows why it sat in Vegas for 10+ days, but if I hadn't opened the case I feel like they wouldn't even have looked for our pkg!! I can't apologize enough but those steps were really all that were in my control. We will be in touch shortly
