This is one of my favorite pieces- so I am very sad to hear it did not reach you! spoocie27 Hello... I was wondering why the low score? I personally wrapped the order for you myself. The box may have had some perfume on it. .apologies.... But for you to write Cleanliness as something I could improve on is insulting. I would rather you had returned the item than for you to be dishonest . The RL Polo Sweater was sent to you in perfect condition. And should be accepted as such.

tempestann @spoocie27 I changed the rating. Please make sure that there is no perfume smell when you send items. My husband took it to the dry cleaners. Everything else was great.
