@jaclyncirino hello there! I have not gotten them yet. But it is my fault. I just moved and put in the wrong house number (one that does not exist) for them to be shipped to. I tried changing the delivery address but was not able to. I reached out to customer support and explained the issue but have not heard anything back. I am still interested in the boots and will pay new shipping fees if that is what needs to be done. Sorry for all of this during the holiday season.
