Hi Tanya the cord that I sent you is the cord to charge your power bank did you try to plug it into the power bank on one end and then the USB into another? Please let me know so I can see what's wrong with it and if it doesn't work send you another

Plug the USB into your computer and then plug that small the small end into your power bank, anything wrong please contact me I want all my customers to be not only completely satisfied with everything they buy for me but happy so I will take care of it don't worry if it doesn't work I'm going to send you another today

After you plug it in you have to press the button for it to start charging you're going to see a small circle on their press it and it should light up I test all of them before I sent it out to make sure please do that and message me back
