arr71080 Hi! You gave a 4-star rating citing “description & ship time could have been better”. Let me know how description could have been improved. I strive to provide thorough descriptions. To date, I’ve only rec’d 5-star reviews. Re: ship time, I get my items out within 24-hours. Shipping speed is sometimes impacted as a direct result of USPS, which I can’t prevent. It’s due to their own operations & it’s detailed in the tracking updates avail. in both the Posh app & on the USPS site.

findurstyle Hi Tara, Thanks so much for your purchase! I'll ship your rag & bone boots tomorrow and hope you really enjoy them! I know you were concerned that they might be a bit big on you and one other thing you might try if they are, is to put an inexpensive insole in them. It will take up some of the room. I just heard this tip a few days ago on a video and thought I would pass it along. Thanks for shopping my closet and Merry Christmas!
