stylabration Tara. I am greatly saddened by the review you gave me deducting me for •product description?•product cleanliness?•responsiveness? Your bags were deliveries spotless in mint condition! It took me over an hour to wrap, including bubble wrap, extra cost to me, store bought heavy duty box within a box again extra cost to ensure waterproof and prevent damage thru handling.

stylabration Deducted for product description? A very hurtful and damaging comment! What in earth was misrepresented??? My pictures are comprehensive & product left my location 100% brand new condition @ a heavily discounted cost to you. I would like to arrange a return for full refund. You gave no reason for discrepency in description or cleanliness, but no matter, no orders of mine in history have received these claims.

stylabration 3rdly, responsiveness? Please see the many comments and reports I provided you with as much info as humanly possible. I had 7 other orders go out that day and spent hours on phone with ups/usps trying to supply you as much information as it became available during an insanely long holiday weekend. My closet clearly states I cannot always ship same day & notify me prior to purchase if order is needed by a certain day as well as usps closed Saturday all day . You did not do that.

stylabration As soon as you enquired about shipping I responded immediately; offering to reimburse shipping 100% even though delay was not fault. I offered to send you check directly which you did not respond to. Within 2 minutes of your package tracking, I contacted you. I have 31k followers, many repeat 5 star clients & heavy sales. Yet I stopped everything to focus on your order solely to report what was going on. How is this unresponsive?

stylabration Again, due to the severity of the unsubstantiated claims you made against this order; I will be contacting Poshmark to arrange a return and full refund. I will not have my reputation ruined over unsubstantiated claims and marks against product quality indicating you are clearly not happy with this purchase even though you said you were happy with the bags? That makes no sense!

stylabration Thru your rating & review, my long standing 5 star rating has been reduced to 4.9. Maybe not big deal to you but red flag to future customers. Tara, I gave you a substantial discount on these bags, invested extra time and money in packaging, double boxing and bubble wrap; tissue over hardware and hours communicating.What more could have I possibly done??? Obviously I am greatly disturbed; this transaction not complete due to accusations and poor review.

stylabration Finally, you still have opportunity to upgrade review or change it. If it remains the same, I will be contacting poshmark for full refund/return due to severity of the review and claims made against product. I want 100% customer satisfaction & obviously you did not receive it. My reputation has been damaged greatly due to your review. I will wait to hear your response before opening a return/complete refund thru poshmark. If I don't hear back by tomorrow; I'll be opening the case thru PM

stylabration I almost forgot to mention you asked me to hold these highly sought after bags until you could afford them.Not my policy as all my items are purchased brand new & can't afford to tie up inventory. I made an exception 4 you & missed opportunity to sell at full asking price. You made no mention of this favor to you. I made no money on this transaction; just damaged reputation.

Don't blast me for what we came up with and the agreement that was made and satisfied. I'm not returning my bags because they are RIGHTFULLY mine. You need to stop with your tantrums FRFR. I'm more than happy to change it because my bags was New, Nice, Clean and it met all of my expectations.😔🙁😢☹

My tantrums as you call them are my livlihood so not a hobby. That is why this is so important to me. You simply go back into your purchases, click on this sale, click on review and it will allow you to change your review. I would be most grateful!
