samsone777 Hi Tara, thank you for purchasing the pet carrier backpack. My husband listed it as like new but I just examined the backpack. There are some scratches inside the clear plastic capsule. We used it once for the cat. I guess he didn’t like it and made some scratches. I didn’t realize it till I start packing. It’s still in great condition. Let me know if you still want it.
