seasonsofstyle Hi, I'm so sorry there was something wrong with the flat iron ! I hadn't used it for over a year, and honestly, I turned it on to make sure the thermostat and heating worked, and it never even occurred to me that it wasn't opening correctly ! I'm just so sorry !
