robinsvoice1 @treilley the customer pays for the shipping, unless you make a discounted offer to one of your customers, then you would want to offer discounted shipping as well and the portion of shipping you discount will come out of your earnings. There is a lot of good information on the frequently asked questions and in the section title “About Poshmark” also. Hope this helps.

bme204 Hi, I just wanted to respond to your three star rating and make sure you know that the shipping delay on the boys shoes had absolutely zero to do with me. It was clear all over the country that the post office is completely overwhelmed and understaffed. I kept in touch with you the entire time about what was happening, spent my own time on the phone with USPS trying to track it down, and also offered you a refund. I’m not sure what else I could have done!
